The Gussing Renewable Energy’s (GRE) Dual Fluidized Bed (DFB) gasification system is the world’s first functioning FICFB (Fast Internally Circulating Fluidized Bed) plant. The core of the plant is formed by the two inter-connected fluidized bed systems of the fluidized bed steam gasifier (reactor).
We supplied the product gas coolers which were a critical manufacture, given the close tolerances and large sizes. The equipment was completely assembled in our shop, and tested hydrostatically before despatch. We also manufactured scrubber towers, coalescence separator, and scrubber tanks for the same project
