Biocon Limited is one of India’s leading biopharmaceutical company. The Company manufactures generic active pharmaceutical ingredients that are sold in the developed markets of the United States and Europe. They’ve developed wide portfolio of generic Insulins and Analogs, biosimilar Monoclonal Antibodies (MAbs) and recombinant proteins.
Over the years, we’ve supplied quite a few reactors directly to Biocon. In this recent supply, we manufactured a 5KL and a 7KL reactor for Nilsan Nishotec who set up the plant for Biocon. These reactors were for their injectable plant.
